There are two types of membership available: Full Membershipand Associate Membership. Each type of membership involves different kinds of rights and responsibilities:
Who can be a member?
For inclusion in the ICCR (Full Membership), CAM information services should fulfil the following criteria:
Primary aim to organise and disseminate information for healthcare providers, researchers and the public
National service, or in cases where no national service exists, then a government-funded service
If there is no national or government-funded service, then another online CAM-information service might be considered for inclusion as a representative of a specific country (associate membership)
For Full Members, the following criteria apply: -Governmental, academic or not-for-profit health care institution -No commercial funding or advertising -A broad and impartial coverage of CAM -Provides free and open access to the whole website for the public -Provides evidence/research based information
